Activation in three simple steps

It's easy as One, Two, Three!

Getting started with Palm Tree VoIP is designed to be quick and easy. Once you receive your ATA in the mail it will contain a default configuration that allows it to be automatically configured with the required network settings using DHCP.

Once you run through the following check list you are ready to activate your account:

A high speed internet connection
Gateway or router to for your internet connection
DHCP (most home routers do this).

1. Installing your ATA device

Use the ethernet cable that comes with your device to connect to your network
Connect the power supply
Turn the power switch on

2. Activating Your Account

You will receive the ATA already configured.
Just lift up your handset and dial any phone number.

3. Start Making Calls!

All calls are dialed using the appropriate country code with 011 + country code + city code + phone number
